maths on chocolate slice
My Mum made chocolate slice this week and i found it's important to make sure you get the right measurements and sometimes weigh it. You have to do this to make sure that it doesn't flop and tastes good.
Ingredients
1 cup of self raising flour
1/4 cup of sugar
125g of butter [melted butter]
1 cup of coconut
2 tablespoons of coco
Mix the dry ingredients in the bowl and add the melted butter stirring it.
Put the ingredients into a baking tray or dish and press down firmly.
Cook it in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Wait until it cools down and then
put your chocolate icing on top. Then you can enjoy your slice!
